express, air, broach, utter, vent, voice
I can't express it properly.
He is ready to air his views to anyone.
At last he broached the subject of the new contract to them.
The wounded man uttered a groan.
He had had a bad day at work and vented his anger on his family.
The chairman encouraged us all to voice our opinions.
  • No words can express my sorrow and regret.
  • I cannot express my sorrow and regret in words.
  • I cannot express my sorrow and regret.
express, expressly
  • Please send these letters express.
  • We have explained everything expressly.

Let me express you our heartfelt thanks.

Let me express our heartfelt thanks to you.

He is still unable to express his own ideas in English.

He is still unable to express himself in English.

  • 错句:even though she had been studying english for a long time before she came to australia, it is still difficult for her to express her own ideas.

纠正:even though she had been studying english for a long time before she came to australia, it is still difficult for her to express herself.
