In this article, we explore the anaerobian mechanism from the metabolism and genome of bifidobacteria, in order to improve the screening of oxygen-resistant bibidobacteria. 基于此,从双歧杆菌代谢和基因组特征角度出发,就双歧杆菌的厌氧机制和耐氧双歧杆菌的筛选鉴定,做一初步探讨,希望为今后耐氧双歧杆菌的筛选研究起到推动作用。
