This article carries on the analysis to the present situation of the Langfang private enterprises financial early warning and proposes some suggestions. 本文对廊坊市民营企业的财务预警现状进行分析，究其不足，并提出构建廊坊市民营企业财务预警体系的构想。
The results show that SVM used in finance is feasible and practical.The possibility of identifying the prewarning level with multi-mode classification is presented. 研究结果表明了支持向量机应用于财务预警的可行性和实用性，最后提出了以多模式分类标识财务预警警度的可能性。
