adv.(副词)
  1. probably的基本意思是“大概,可能”,指根据一些证据或逻辑推导而得出是可能的,但还没有得到证明或证实,常译为“大概”,含肯定成分较多。
  2. probably主要修饰谓语动词,在句子里如果有一个助动词和一个主要动词, probably应紧跟在助动词之后; 如果有两个以上助动词, probably放在第一个助动词之后。句子里如果没有助动词, probably通常放在动词之前。如果主要动词是be, probably应紧跟在be之后。probably有时还可放在句首。
  3. probably在句中还可修饰名词、副词、介词短语或连词。
  4. probably可和分句替代词not连用构成省略句,而不可用no。
