- 是Arklie(1981)用克隆腺癌细胞系LOVO免疫BALB/c小鼠后分离出的一种抗体, 属IgG1亚型, 具上皮细胞特异性, 是一种肿瘤相关抗体, 与正常上皮细胞及间皮细胞不发生反应, 与纤维细胞、造血细胞无交叉反应, 也不与任何非上皮性肿瘤、间皮瘤发生反应。
