A successor or legatee shall perform any obligations attached to a testamentary succession or legacy. 遺囑繼承或者遺贈附有義務的，繼承人或者受遺贈人應當履行義務。
A legatee should,within two months from the time he learns of the legacy, make known whether he accepts it or disclaims it. 受遺贈人應當在知道受遺贈后兩個月內，作出接受或者放棄受遺贈的表示。
