Conelusion Massive adenofibroma of the breast is a precystosarcoma disease and mastectomy should be done if local recurrence occurs after local excision. 結論乳腺巨腺纖維瘤為葉狀囊肉瘤的一前期疾病，局部切除后反覆複發者應行乳房切除。
