This paper establishes the competitive indicator system for construction enterprise, proposes an assessment method, and uses AHP to educe proportion of indicators. 建立了建築企業競爭力的評價指標體系，提出了建築企業綜合競爭力的計算方法，並運用層次分析法確定了各指標層指標的權重。
