When the test substances are 2,4-DNP and 2,6-DNP , the acclimation are difficult. The sludge are damaged when 2,4-DNP and 2,6-DNP intial concentration achieve 30mg/L and 25mg/L respectively. The whole acclimation needs 80days.

• 用2,4-DNP和2,6-DNP的驯化过程较难,本试验条件下,保证SBR反应器正常运行的最大2,4-DNP和2,6-DNP进水浓度为60mg/L和50mg/L,驯化过程均需80天左右。
