Under the observation of light microscope, there was no significant difference in the periarterial lymphatic sheath (PALS) in the INT, OVX+EB.HPC and OVX+EB groups. However, significant thicken PALS was observed in the OVX+HPC and OVX groups.

• 光镜下各组胸腺皮质细胞区域可见OVX+EB和OVX+EB.；HPC皮质区域扩大；其余三组不能分辨有何区别。
