Twenty-three cases were suppurative, 43 cases were gangrenous with perforation in 18 cases, which were proved by postoperative pathology.

• 术后病理检查证实急性化脓性胆囊炎23例，坏疽性胆囊炎43例，其中伴胆囊穿孔18例。
