Twenty two cases of adenocarcinoma (22/29,76%) and two cases of squamous cell carcinoma (2/24, 8%) were positive for the HLA DR antigen, and no positive expression showed in 3 cases of small cell carcinoma.

• 在 5 6例病理确诊的肺癌患者癌组织中 ,腺癌 76%25 ( 2 2 /2 9) ,鳞癌 8%25 ( 2 /2 4)表现为HLA DR抗原阳性 ,而 3例小细胞癌均为阴性。
