Ths Se in hair was determinated by GC with ECD. According to the property that Se can be combined with 4--nitro-o-phenylene diamine for making out 5--nitro--2,1. 3--Se--benzimidazole which can be extracted into methyl benzene.

• 本文利用硒与4－硝基邻苯二胺在硫酸和高氨酸溶液中生成5－硝基－2，1，3－苯并硒二哇，且可以被萃取至甲苯中这一性质，用气相色谱法配合电子捕获检测器测定了甲苯中的5－硝基－2，1，3－苯并硒二唑，从而测定了硒的含量。
