The tumors in 7 cases were located at cervical region,in 5 cases at thorax region,in 5 cases at lumbosacral region.3 cases of the tumors were at extradural,14 cases were at intradural extramedullary.

• 其中颈段7例,胸段5例,腰段5例。有3例肿瘤位于硬脊膜外,14例肿瘤位于硬脊膜下,5例肿瘤经椎间孔呈哑铃形生长。2例椎间孔外肿瘤未能全切除,其余15例肿瘤全切除。结果除1例腰3部位肿瘤患儿术前双下肢瘫痪,术后双下肢瘫痪无缓解外,其余16例患儿术后症状、体症均有好转。
