The studies of AES and AFM suggested that the surface constitutes of TiO2 (or TiO2/ZnO, TiO2/Fe2O3), Fe2O3(or Fe2O3/TiO2) and ZnO (or ZnO/TiO2) were absolutely made up of TiO2, Fe2O3 and ZnO respectively.

• 扫描俄歇微探针和原子力显微镜实验结果表明:样品 TiO2、TiO2/ZnO、TiO2/Fe2O3，ZnO/TiO2、ZnO及Fe2O3/TiO2、Fe2O3表面分别均由单一的半导体氧化物TiO2，ZnO 及Fe2O3组成，表面粒子的粒径分布及表面粗糙度没有明显的差异。
