The results showed that the contents of Rubisco and RCA changed rapidly at 12 h after inoculation. The contents in the susceptible cultivar, Ingrid, decreased rapidly, but that in the resistance cultivar, mlo-3, increased.

• 结果发现 ,病原菌接种后 12h ,叶肉细胞光合作用的标志性酶RCA和Rubisco含量发生迅速的变化 ,感病大麦 (Ingrid)中RCA和Rubisco含量急剧减少 ,而抗病大麦 (mlo 3)中则趋势相反。
