The result showed that as compared with the normal control group, the decrease on CCO activity and increase on the formation of MDA were the most serious in Group I/R, but is diminished greatly in Group NEPC and Group IPC.

• I/R组CCO酶活性降低 ,培养液中MDA含量增加 ,而IPC组和NEPC组CCO酶活性增高 ,MDA含量减少 ,均接近正常。
