The present experiment is to study the effect of equisetum on serum level and aortic morphology in early atherosclerosis rats fed by high fat diet and its possible mechanism.

• 本实验通过复制大鼠食饵性高脂血症及早期AS模型，用木贼煎剂给与干预，检测血清学指标及细胞表面粘附分子表达量，并观察主动脉形态学变化，旨在探讨木贼从不同环节抗AS的作用及其机制，为木贼的临床应用提供理论基础和实验依据。
