The customs shall, after confiscating the goods infringing upon an intellectual property right, inform the intellectual property right holder in writing of the relevant information on the said goods.

• 海关没收侵犯知识产权货物后，应当将侵犯知识产权货物的有关情况书面通知知识产权权利人。
