The aim of this study is to explore the effct of Taiji Boxing training on the RBC membrane Na +-K +ATPase and Ca 2+ -Mg 2+ ATP ase Activity of them.

• 方法 选取64名练习太极拳的中老年人为观察组 ,另选 47名很少参加体育锻炼者为对照组 ,采两组研究对象的静脉血 ,检测Na+-K+ ATP酶和Ca2 --Mg2 -ATP酶的活性。
