The aim of our study is to detect the action of IL-18 and ICAM-1 in HIE and probe into the co-relationship of them and the state of disease in order to provide a theory for treatment, such as IL-18 binding protein and anti-ICAM-1 antibody.

• 因此，本课题旨在探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿发病过程中血清IL-18(白介素-18)、ICAM-1(细胞间粘附因子-1)水平变化，并探讨二者之间的相关性及与病情轻重的关系，为研究IL-18结合蛋白及抗ICAM-1抗体等治疗本病的措施提供初步理论及临床依据。
