The XGM and XPM in SOA is studied by proceeding simulation and experiment in different conditions. This work gives the simulative and experimental condition for achieving UNI optical switch.

• 为研究SOA的交叉增益调制(XGM)和交叉相位调制(XPM)，在模拟仿真的基础上同时进行了基于XGM的波长变换实验，并讨论了不同条件对波长变换输出的影响，为UNI中利用XPM实现光开关提供了理论和实验基础。
