The 3H-thymidine target cells (YAC-1, P815, LAC-1, murine lymphoblast) were incubated with effector cells for 4 or 18 hr. The cultured cells were treated with trypsin and DNase. Then the cells were harvested by MASH and detected by liquid scintillator.

• 本文用 ~3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR)标记多种靶细胞(YAC-1、P815、LAC-1、小鼠淋巴母细胞)与不同效应细胞培养4或18小时,再用胰酶和DNA 酶处理靶细胞,收集细胞,用液体闪烁微杯法测定小鼠特异性和非特异性淋巴细胞介导的细胞毒试验,均获得良好结果。
