Results showed that SOS obviously reduced the right ventricular pressure and hypertrophy of the rat, markedly relieved the burden of right ventricular and improved the heart function.

• 结果显示：应用野百合碱造成肺动脉高压模型效果确切，双参精冲剂可明显降低肺动脉高压大鼠的右心室压力，减轻野百合碱引起的大鼠右心室肥大作用，明显减轻右心室负担，改善心功能。
