Results Twenty-eight patients with PGML manifestated chiefly abdominal distension and bloody stool.All PGML were non Hodgkin s lymphoma.85.7%patients were diagnosed by endoscopic biopsy and pathology.

• 结果28例原发性胃肠道恶性淋巴瘤患者主要表现为腹胀、消瘦；均为非霍奇金淋巴瘤；内镜活检确诊率85.；7%25；接受手术及化疗等治疗的患者病情均有不同程度好转。
