Results Obstetrical complications in these cases were found to be mainly recurrent abortion ,abnormal fetal position,premature delivery,premature rupture of fetal membranes and postpartum hemorrhage.

• 结果产科并发症较多,反复流产、胎位异常、早产、胎膜早破、产后出血、围产儿病死率比正常明显增高。
