Rats were sacrificed at 0,1,3,6 and 12 h after reperfusion. Serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDA), reduced glutathione (GSH), glutathione peroxidase (GSH PT) and glutathione sulfurtransferase (GSH ST) were determined.
