PCH was used to join Cu/Fe.With the increases of joining temperature and holding time, the width of transition layer near the contacting surfaces become larger.

• 采用脉冲大电流热焊接方法对Cu/Fe进行了焊接实验，分析了界面过渡层宽度与焊接温度和保温时间的关系，得出随焊接温度和保温时间的延长，界面过渡层宽度增加。
