Of all the28cases,4cases of inflammatory constriction,4case of tumor,2cases of congenital diseases,2cases of negative stone(all above were confirmed by surgery),and11cases of compressed stenosis were diagnosed definitely by16-row MSCT and CTU.

• 28例输尿管梗阻IVP无法明确原因的患者,16层螺旋CT和CTU分别明确诊断为炎性狭窄4例 ,肿瘤4例 ,先天性发育异常2例 ,阴性结石2例 ,以上均为手术证实。
