Objective:To investigate the effect of four different ways of root canal obturation on sealing ability when the new paste was used, and to give a guidence on how to choose obturation method.

• 目的:使用新型根管糊剂,比较四种充填方法对根管密合度的影响,从而指导临床根管充填法的选择。方法:在离体前牙上行根管预备及根管充填,而后用印度墨水染色法在显微镜下比较充填效果。
