Objective: To induce WI-38 cells senescence by tertbutyl-hydroperoxide (t-BHP) and establish a model of premature senescence, to investigate the anti-aging effect of the ginsenoside Rgl on the model of premature senescence induced by t-BHP.

• 目的：用t-BHP(三丁基过氧化氢，tert-butylhydroperoxide)诱导WI-38细胞衰老，建立体外细胞衰老的模型，并研究人参皂甙Rg1(ginsenoside Rg1)对t-BHP诱导的细胞衰老的保护作用及其可能机制。
