Objective To construct mouse granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (mGM-CSF) gene eukaryotic expressing plasmid pcDNA3-GM-CSF, to transfect the recombinant into erythroleukemia cell line FBL-3, and identify their biological activity.
