MethodsThe target gene TspE1 was amplified by RT_PCR, cloned into pUC18 vector, and sub_cloned into the eukaryotic expression vector pcDNA3. BALB/c mice were immunized with the purified recombinant plasmid pcDNA3_TspE1 by gene_gun bombardment.
