Methods:Semi-quantity RT-PCR was used to detect the dynamic trend of OPN in 20 cases of the liver tissue during the hepatocarcinogenesis of the rats induced by AFB_1(aflatoxin B_1) and in 11 control cases.

• 方法:对20例黄曲霉毒素B1(Aflatoxin B1,AFB1)诱导的大鼠HCC及其出癌前肝组织和11例对照大鼠肝组织,采取RT-PCR(Reverse Tran-scription Polymerase Chain Reaction)半定量法,动态检测OPN mRNA在HCC发生过程中的表达情况。
