Method:148 cases of the disease were operated through anterior approach by removing the cervical intervertebral disc and autodenous bone graft of ilium.Of them,112 cases were followed up.

• 方法：收集我院1986-1998年间住院采用了颈前路手术摘除颈椎间盘加自体髂骨融合术治疗148例患者，经发函，通知来院复查者计112例，对此进行统计分析。
