Materials and Methods Both T 1WI with and T 1WI without flow compensation technique were performed in 35 patients with pathologically proved GIA. Observation was focused on the residual lumen and the thrombosis of the aneurysm.

• 资料与方法 搜集 35例经手术病理证实的颅内巨大动脉瘤 ,均行使用和未使用流动补偿技术T1WI检查 ,重点观察动脉瘤的残腔和血栓的MRI表现。
