METHODS:The mRNA expression levels of IGF 1/IGF 1R were assessed by RT PCR method in the gastric cancer tissues, adjacent mucosa and tumor free tissues from 28 patients with gastric carcinoma and the normal gastric mucosa from 14 healthy controls.

• 方法 :对 2 8例经手术切除并由病理证实的胃癌患者的癌、癌旁及胃黏膜正常区组织标本进行研究 ,以 14例正常人胃黏膜标本作对照 ,应用RT PCR方法 ,检测IGF 1/IGF 1R在胃癌组织与正常人胃黏膜中的表达变化和胃癌患者的癌、癌旁及胃黏膜正常区组织中的表达变化。
