K562 /CDglyTK cells were treated with 5-fluorocytosine (5-FC) and/or ganciclovir (GCV). Mice were randomly divided into three groups: tumor formation, tumor inhibition and tumor therapy. Each mouse was implanted with K562/CDglyTK cells or K562 cells.

• 体内实验时将K562/CDglyTK细胞和K562细胞接种于裸鼠皮下,使用GCV和5-FC后,观察裸鼠肿瘤体积的变化及裸鼠的生存率。
