In this thesis, the stability of benzene, boron bromide (BBr_3) and trimethyl amine ((CH_3)_3N), which were used as the solvent and starting materials for synthesizing BN, have been investigated for the first time, by using in-situ FTIR method.

• 本文中，我们首先利用红外光谱对苯热合成氮化硼所用的溶剂(苯)和原料(BBr_3和(CH_3)_3N)的稳定性质进行了跟踪监测，并在此基础上对苯热合成氮化硼的反应过程进行了研究，发现了一些基本规律。
