In this paper, weld residual stress of GH536 superalloy components with EBW were measured by Mathar method. Test results showed that residual stress is low in the weld and its distribution accords with the traditional rules.

• 针对航空发动机GH536合金材料,采用小孔法对其电子束焊接试板的残余应力分布趋势进行测试研究,试验结果表明,焊缝区存在较低的应力峰值,且应力分布符合传统规律。
