In the research,using 3 adult male roe deer with a permanent tube in theirs rumens,by Nylon Bag technique,measured DMD,CPD and OMD of 8 kinds of common forage in their rumens,which established the foundation for scientifically feeding roe deer.

• 本研究利用3只装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的成年公狍,用尼龙袋法测定了8种常用饲料在狍瘤胃中的干物质有效降解率(DMD)、蛋白质有效降解率(CPD)、有机物有效降解率(OMD),为科学制定狍的饲养标准奠定了基础。
