In the 30 severe acute pancreatitis patients with the treatment of traditional therapy there were 5 cases dead,but in 31 severe acute pancreatitis with DAR therapy,there were none dead.

• 采用传统治疗方法治疗的30例重症急性胰腺炎患者有5例死亡；采用DAR疗法治疗的31例重症急性胰腺炎患者无一例死亡；两者差异有显著性(P<0.；05)。
