If the FLLD wants to hire new full-time teachers locally or internationally, it must officially advertise any professional career opportunities through scholarly journals or in the news media.

• 第三条本系新聘专任教师，应以公开方式在国内外重要传播媒体或学术刊物刊载徵聘资讯。应徵者应检附履历表(著作目录)学经历证件、近三年内代表著作及五年内参考著作及其他足资证明资格之文件。徵聘教师之职级、长、数由系教评会决定之。
