Conclusions: Elemenecan effectively inhibit the growth of HEp-2 cells and AMC-HN-8 cells, and result inthe alteration of activity of Caspase-3. There were significant correlations between thedecreased expression of protein eIF4E, eIF4G, bFGF and VEGF.
