Conclusions: 1) Dip can act on VDCC of the vascular smooth muscle cells, block Ca2+ flowing into cells and inhibit vessels contracting evoked by KCL.

• Dip和Flu均可浓度依赖性地抑制ET-1诱发的离体大鼠基底动脉收缩，而Dip的作用明显强于Flu，其机制可能与其作用于脑血管平滑肌细胞膜上ROCC，抑制细胞外Ca2+内流，和（或）作用于平滑肌细胞内钙库，抑制细胞内Ca2+释放有关。
