Conclusion ISEN is good in the treatment of femoral shaft fracture which can fix not only dynamically but statically.

• 1例因局部骨化性肌炎膝关节功能轻度受限；1例术后3个月切口感染，病灶清除后痊愈；余例下肢功能恢复正常。
