Cells at an initial concentration of 0.2x10 cells/ml were incubated with or without 50ng/ml TPA. After 72h,cell surface antigen CD11b,mRNA p21 and cell cycle distribution were assayed by FACS, RT-PCR,and FACS,respectively.

• 将处在对数生长期U937/RbAp46和U937/CMV各以2×10~5/ml浓度接种，加入TPA50ng/ml，同时并以培养基作为空白对照，培养72小时后收集细胞，流式细胞术测定细胞表面分化抗原CD11b的表达，RT-PCR分析p21mRNA的表达，流式细胞术检测细胞周期分布情况。
