Based on the idea that JNLP(Java Network Launching Protocol) issues java applications,this paper proposes ANLP(Application Network Launching Protocol)and constructs an application issue system based on ANLP.

• 根据JNLP(Java NetworkLaunching Protocol)Java网络加载协议发布java程序的思想,提出了ANLP(Application Network Launching Protocol)应用软件网络加载协议,并基于该协议构建了一个应用软件的发布系统。
