A higher serum insulin responsed curve to an OGTT in EHT patients than that in normal control while the highest insulin curve showed in EHT patients with obesity. A hyperinsulinemia was also revealled in 77.8% of EHT patients with obsesity.

• 糖负荷时EHT组的胰岛素释放曲线比正常组高，合并肥胖者的胰岛素曲线又比体重正常的EHT患者的曲线升高，其中有71.；8%25的EHT合并肥胖者血清存在高胰岛素血症。
