Based on the analysis of the surface warship command system and the commanding procedure, a two-level index system of the command effectiveness is set up in this paper. 摘要通過對水面艦艇作戰指揮系統組成及實施指揮過樣的分析，建立其作戰指揮效能評估的二級指標體系基於灰色模糊數學理論，提出了水面艦艇作戰指揮效能評估的灰色模糊綜合評估法。
